Spring is rapidly approaching, and the Division IV and International Quartet Prelims contest will be upon us quickly. As convention chair, I would like to extend an invitation to attend the Division IV contest and international preliminary quartet contest being held April 8 and 9th, 2016 at Sheldon High School in Eugene, Oregon.
