Cascade`s own Social Insecurity takes 4th place at the International Seniors Quartet Contest in Tampa!



Cascade Chorus Christmas Show is a success

On Sunday afternoon, December 6, the Cascade Community Christmas Chorus held their annual Christmas show performance at Sheldon High School. With a nearly sold-out auditorium, the audience enjoyed performances by the Cascade Community Christmas Chorus as well as a number of quartets. It`s About Time had their inaugural performance by singing `Lo How a Rose `E`er Blooming` and `I`ll Be Home for Christmas.` Social Insecurity brought laughter to the audience by singing their own rendition using the tune of `God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen` as well as `Noel`. After Five made also made one final appearance. Gary Raze shared `Twas The Night Before Christmas` and Norm Fox shared his talent as Ebeneezer Scrooge. Rounding out the afternoon were performances by the Sheldon High School Dublinairs as well as the Greater Eugene Sweet Adeline Chorus. Social Insecurity Win Seniors Quartet Contest !

Our very own Social Insecurity quartet took first place in the Seniors Quartet Contest on October 30th-31st at the Evergreen District contest held in Whistler, BC.

In doing so, they have also qualified to represent the Evergreen District at the Seniors International contest and convention next January in Tampa, Florida.

Members include: Marty Anderson - Bass, Don Kileen - Lead, Bob Martindale - Baritone and Gary Raze - Tenor.
